By using Flashviz ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Flashviz is a browser-based tool for visualizing embedded memory layouts. Core visualization features are free to use. Additional presentation-oriented screenshot views, without the watermark, can be unlocked with a code. Depending on how you obtain it, an unlock code may be:
Both paths are covered by these Terms. We may change, limit, or discontinue either path (including a free offer) at any time.
Paid unlocks are billed once through a third-party payment processor (such as Stripe, Gumroad, or another processor we use from time to time) and are not a subscription. We do not collect or store your full payment card details ourselves — that's handled entirely by the payment processor, under its own terms and privacy policy. An unlock code, however obtained, is for your own use on your own devices/browsers — do not share, publish, or resell a code. We reserve the right to disable a code that appears to be shared or abused.
No refunds. An unlock code is a digital asset that is delivered immediately upon purchase. All sales are final and non-refundable once a code has been issued, except where required by applicable law.
We may offer a free unlock code in exchange for an email address. To use this path, you submit an email address, we send a verification step to that address, and upon verification we issue an unlock code to you. By submitting your email address for this purpose, you confirm it is yours or that you're authorized to use it. We may send you the code and related transactional messages (such as confirming your unlock) to that address; see Section 9 (Privacy) for how this data is stored and used. This offer may be withdrawn, limited, or changed at any time.
The availability and lifetime of the Service are determined solely by CLI Systems. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. There is no guarantee of performance, uptime, or continued availability or lifetime of the Service or of any feature within it, including features you have paid to unlock.
The Service is provided strictly "as is" and "as available." CLI Systems makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Service, including without limitation any warranty of correctness or accuracy for any function or purpose, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. There is no warranty whatsoever.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Purchases are processed by a third-party payment processor (such as Stripe or Gumroad); free unlock emails may be sent through a third-party email delivery service. These providers act independently and have their own terms of service and privacy policies governing the payment or contact information you give them directly. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or availability, including any processor's own handling of applicable sales tax.
