Turn-key Product Development

With CLI Systems handling all aspects of the design and production process, clients can focus on other areas of their business and trust that the product will be delivered on time and on budget.
Another key advantage with Turn-key development is that it allows for a seamless integration of new products into existing systems. As part of the development of specifications, CLI Systems works closely with clients to understand the specific needs and requirements for the product. CLI Systems uses a phased engineering approach, where each phase is executed in 3 simple steps:
  1. Establish specifications for the product phase with client
  2. Agree on timeline and unit price for the phase
  3. CLI Systems delivers units within timeline and for fixed price
CLI Systems' phased engineering approach is based on established product development processes. We work with clients to deliver early working Engineering Units, then iterate the design to meet certification requirements for Prototype Units, and quickly move to initial Production Units. This phased approach allows for early testing of functional units, and multiple points for design review.
